    Intersecte 3.0, is one of the most cutting edge and versatile computer telephony engines on the market. Virtually any interactive voice-response (IVR) application can be created using this powerful telephony engine. Using our secure and user friendly web interface, most projects can be running within
    minutes. Your telephony applications can be completely integrated into your existing infrastructure using, Universal Database Connectivity, Email services, Web Services, and much more. We've also included many Prepackaged Features, so that most of your IVR applications will be ready to accept calls with very little setup.

    Secure and accessible web based interface
    Intersecte projects can be managed and monitored from any computer connected to the internet. The visually appealing and user friendly interface is organized for quick and easy access to all aspects of a project.

    Built in Reports
    Both project level reporting, such as call detail records, and feature level reports are provided. The modular design allows new reports to be added quickly and easily.

    Real-time Call Monitoring
    Usage can be monitored in real time directly from the web interface.

    Script Editor
    A major feature of Intersecte 3.0, is the ability to customize projects with JavaScript. The integrated Script Editor allows project scripts to be created and modified directly from the interface.

    Integrated Feature Management
    Many application features require specialized managers. The Intersecte interface provides many seemlessly integrated sub managers for commonly used features.

  • Survey Manager
  • Surveys can be quickly created and modified for any application. Question prompts can be uploaded and played directly from the web interface. Realtime summary and detail reports are included. Response percentages and totals are listed on the summary reports, while individual responses are available to be viewed and played on the detail reports.

  • Voicemail Manager
  • Voicemail boxes are generated and modified using this simple manager.

  • Personal Voicemail Manager
    • Using a seperate individual login, this manager allows voicemail box owners to modify their contact information, set their message forwarding options, and listen to and delete their personal voicemails.
  • Prompt Manager
    • Prompt organization is essential, especially for multilingual projects. The Prompt Manager provides organization, allowing for quick prompt setup. Prompts can be uploaded and played directly from the web.
  • Rated calls Manager
    • This is actually multiple integrated managers for each aspect of a rated call. A rate manager is provided for setting up rates with a scalable level of granularity. The included PIN manager allows generation, modification, and usage reporting for individual PINs.

    Switch Integration
    Certain large scale applications require more phone to phone connections than phone to voice resource connections. Intersecte can pass phone to phone connections off to a switch freeing up the voice resources to setup more incoming calls.
